Acceptable Use Policy

Use Cyclada to style rooms you own or are authorized to style, generate styling references, and prepare bright, honest photos of your own spaces.

• Only upload photos of interiors you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people's homes for purposes they have not agreed to.
• Do not upload images containing identifiable people without their consent.

Staging visuals are style references. If you use a Cyclada image in a listing or advert, present it honestly as a styling reference, not as the current, guaranteed condition of the room. Do not use generated visuals to fabricate a property or mislead buyers, renters or guests.

• No unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting a property.
• No content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
• No use of the outputs to present Cyclada as a licensed design, structural or electrical service.
• No third-party brand names, logos or protected characters in prompts intended to imitate them.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious cases may be reported to authorities. Governing law: England and Wales.
