Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cyclada is a digital subscription. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and when refunds apply.

01. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@santinve.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

02. Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically in USD until cancelled. We show the price and billing interval (monthly or yearly) before you subscribe. Yearly plans are billed once for the year.

03. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: fees already paid are generally non-refundable, but you keep access to the end of the period.
  • Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used more than one full room plan, you may request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
  • Unused monthly room allowances have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • If a charge is clearly in error or duplicated, we refund it in full.

04. Not happy with a result

If a generated direction misses the mark, regenerate with a different style or budget at no extra cost, or contact support and we'll help you get a better result.

05. Statutory rights

For consumers, this policy is in addition to any non-excludable statutory rights. Digital services begin immediately on subscription with your acknowledgement. Governing law: England and Wales.

06. How to request

Email support@santinve.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day and process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe.
