01. Your uploads stay yours
You keep all ownership of the room photos, descriptions and inputs you provide. You grant SANTORINIA INVESTMENTS LTD a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to generate and deliver your styling results and to provide support.
02. Processing and deletion
Uploaded photos and example data are processed only for your styling plan and are cleared within 30 days after processing, or sooner if you delete them. We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
03. Your rights in generated results
Subject to an active subscription and these terms, you may use the styling briefs, palettes, lighting plans and reveal exports Cyclada generates for you for personal and commercial styling of your own or authorized spaces — including honest listing photos. Outputs are style references, not guarantees of a finished room.
04. Restrictions
- Do not resell Cyclada outputs as a standalone stock library or claim them as a licensed design service deliverable.
- Do not use outputs to misrepresent a property (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
- Do not include third-party brands, logos or protected characters and then present outputs as affiliated with them.
05. Our intellectual property
The Cyclada name, brand, site design, and underlying software remain the property of SANTORINIA INVESTMENTS LTD. These terms grant no right to our trademarks.
